To achieve the best state of ice therapy, place your sleeve inside the ziplock seal bag that was provided to you and leave it in the freezer for at least 2 hours to get the best relief.
Place it in the microwave starting with 15 seconds without the insulated bag. To achieve higher temperature, increase 5 seconds extra incrementally.
